After you placed the order, you will be able to download the file directly from your browser, however you can also download the file afterwards from the link in the confirmation email and from your account.
Download the design file directly after your order
Directly after you placed an order, you are able to click on the black download link to download the zip file to your computer. You need to unzip the file to get the format for your embroidery machine. The embroidery formats are specified in the description for the design.
Download the design file from the confirmation email
Your confirmation email will include a link to each of the design file. Click on this link to download the design file.
Download the design file from your account
1. Make sure you are on the SHOP page by clicking the SHOP link in the menu bar
2. Click on the Account Details link on the left hand side of the page
3. When you are logged into your account, you will see your account details
Click on the Download link (you can click on the word Download or the icon)
4. Your product downloads will show on this page, click the black link button (under DOWNLOAD), this will download the zip file to your default download folder on your computer or device. Unzip this file on your computer.
*Please note that you need to unzip the download files on your computer.
After you download the file, you can select the correct file format for your embroidery machine.
